Privacy policy

Last updated 25 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data InventaxAI (“we”, “us”), a LeadFynix company, collects through inventaxai.com, why we collect it and the choices you have. It applies to visitors and to people who contact us through this website.

What we collect

When you send a form on this website, we collect the details you enter:

  • your name, firm name, work email and phone number;
  • the type of firm, the service you are interested in and your website address (for audit requests);
  • your message; and
  • a record of your consent to be contacted, including the date, time and IP address of the submission.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the website secure and working.

How we use it

  • to reply to your request and arrange calls or meetings you ask for;
  • to prepare a growth audit you requested, including, with your permission, one test inquiry to your firm;
  • to keep a record of your consent and any opt-out; and
  • to protect the website against spam and misuse.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with other firms for their marketing, and we never resell inquiries as leads.

Consent and your choices

We contact you by phone, email or text only about the request you made, based on the consent you give on our forms. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying “STOP” to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email or telling us on a call. We will stop contacting you about marketing straight away.

Cookies and analytics

This website works without advertising or analytics cookies. If we turn on analytics or advertising measurement (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or the Meta pixel), we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Where your data is stored and for how long

Form submissions are delivered to our internal business inbox and kept in a protected file on our web hosting account, which is not accessible from the internet. We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to respond and manage any relationship that follows, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless the law requires longer. Consent records may be kept longer to show that we respected your choices.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent and to raise a complaint. We respect these rights wherever the data protection law that applies to you provides them, and you may also contact your local data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, send a request through our contact form with “Privacy request” in the message. We will reply within the time the law requires.

Security

We use HTTPS across the website, limit who on our team can see inquiries and keep form data out of public folders. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Children

This website is for businesses and professionals. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our practices change and show the new date at the top.
